FREE Australia wide shipping with any orders above $200 and below 3kgs. Postage of all items is made with Australia Post – Standard Post and may take 7-10 days to arrive from date of dispatch.
GAIA GUARANTEE
Any broken, faulty or incorrectly dispatched items will be replaced if we are notified within 7 days of receipt. Simply call or email us with your invoice number and photograph, so that items can be promptly replaced.
RETURNS
Gaia accepts returns on all unopened/unused items if returned within 7 days of delivery minus shipping costs. Products must arrive back to us in original undamaged packaging. Purchase receipt must be included in the return.
