Awards
With grace and gratitude
Since opening in 2005, Gaia Retreat & Spa has received numerous accolades and world awards, gaining an impeccable reputation as a Leading Australian Wellness Retreat and Boutique Spa Experience.
A year of remarkable recognition
We recently won Australia’s Leading Retreat 2026 at the World Travel Awards for the sixth consecutive year, received a MICHELIN Key, won Best Wellness Cuisine 2026 in the Asia Pacific Spa & Wellness Awards once again and were awarded three radishes in the We’re Smart® Green Guide. These wonderful honours recognise the experience our team brings to life every day – and the guests who have made Gaia part of their story. Gaia has also been named a finalist for the title of World’s Leading Retreat at the World Travel Awards, alongside nominations in three categories at the upcoming Asia Pacific Spa & Wellness Awards.
