At Gaia Retreat & Spa, every meal is created with intention. Our Cuisine Shop allows you to bring a taste of that experience home, with a collection of handcrafted pantry staples made using the very same recipes and ingredients enjoyed by our retreat guests.

Made in House, in Small Batches

Every product in our Cuisine Shop is made in house by our dedicated production team. Rather than producing large volumes, we focus on small batch production, allowing us to prioritise quality, freshness and flavour over quantity.

Making smaller batches more often means our products are always fresh, and because we don’t rely on preservatives, you’ll never find artificial additives or “numbers” in our recipes. Just real ingredients, thoughtfully prepared.

Ingredients with Integrity

We endeavour to source certified organic ingredients wherever possible, reflecting Gaia’s long-standing commitment to organic principles throughout the retreat.

Many of the ingredients we use are also grown right here on the property. From fragrant herbs and citrus to chillies, ginger and lemongrass, our gardens provide fresh seasonal produce that finds its way into both our kitchen and our Cuisine Shop products.

When we can’t grow it ourselves, we proudly support an incredible network of local growers and suppliers who share our values.
