Watermelon Snack with Whipped Feta & Gaia Crunchy Chilli Oil

Ingredients
  • Fresh watermelon, cut into wedges or cubes
  • 200g feta 
  • 2–3 tbsp Greek yoghurt 
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil
  • Gaia Crunchy Chilli Oil
  • Fresh mint or basil (optional)
Method
  1. Make the whipped feta
    Add feta, yoghurt, and olive oil to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth, light, and creamy.
  2. Assemble the dish
    Spread or spoon the whipped feta onto a serving plate. Arrange the watermelon on top or alongside.
  3. Finish
    Drizzle generously with Gaia crunchy chilli oil and garnish with fresh herbs.
