
Watermelon Snack with Whipped Feta & Gaia Crunchy Chilli Oil
Ingredients
- Fresh watermelon, cut into wedges or cubes
- 200g feta
- 2–3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- Gaia Crunchy Chilli Oil
- Fresh mint or basil (optional)
Method
- Make the whipped feta
Add feta, yoghurt, and olive oil to a food processor or blender. Blend until smooth, light, and creamy. - Assemble the dish
Spread or spoon the whipped feta onto a serving plate. Arrange the watermelon on top or alongside. - Finish
Drizzle generously with Gaia crunchy chilli oil and garnish with fresh herbs.
