
Matcha and Pistachio Bliss ball
Ingredients (14 balls)
- ¾ Cup Raw Cashews
- ¼ Cup Raw Pistachio
- 12 Medjool dates (pitted)
- 2tsp matcha powder
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ¼ cup chopped pistachios (for rolling
Method
- Place all ingredients (except chopped pistachios) into food processor. Process for 1 minute or until finely chopped and blended.
- Roll 14 balls between your hands or desired size.
- When all balls are rolled, roll them through the chopped pistachios.
- Store in fridge for up to 10 days.
