Surrounded by lush subtropical gardens, our Day Spa facilities offer a peaceful space to pause and restore. Enjoy a quiet moment between treatments in the heated magnesium pool, unwind in the outdoor spa, or detoxify in the hot rock sauna—all designed to support deep relaxation and renewal.

Please note our Day Spa building, including the steam room are temporarily closed for renovation. During this time, all spa treatments continue to be delivered with the same level of care and personalised attention you expect at Gaia, thoughtfully relocated to private, tranquil spaces throughout the retreat.

Guests will continue to enjoy a deeply nurturing spa experience, with the pool and sauna remaining open as usual. Some intermittent noise may be experienced during this period.
