Iced Dandy Chai
Ingredients
200 ml dandy chai concentrate
175 ml almond milk
150 ml coconut milk
1 ½ tbls maple syrup
1 tbls macadamia butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
Making the concentrate
Mix 3 tbls dandy chai tea and 250 ml of boiling water in a teapot and steep for 30 minutes, then strain and chill.
Method
Combine all ingredients in a blender with a handful of ice and blend until well mixed.
Dandy Chai is a healthy and detoxifying coffee alternative, which makes it a great substitute for those afternoon caffeine cravings. Dandelion supports a gentle detox of the liver and kidneys and helps regulate blood sugar levels. Additionally, macadamia butter contains healthy fats that provide a low GI and promote healthy skin and nails. As an alternative Gaia Drinking Chocolate can be used to create an iced chocolate version.
