Matcha and Pistachio Bliss ball

Ingredients (14 balls)
  • ¾ Cup Raw Cashews
  • ¼ Cup Raw Pistachio
  • 12 Medjool dates (pitted)
  • 2tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • ¼ cup chopped pistachios (for rolling
Method
  1. Place all ingredients (except chopped pistachios) into food processor. Process for 1 minute or until finely chopped and blended.
  2. Roll 14 balls between your hands or desired size.
  3. When all balls are rolled, roll them through the chopped pistachios.
  4. Store in fridge for up to 10 days.
