We advise to do a test patch on your skin before using any of the ingredients below, especially if you have allergies or sensitive skin.

Banana for tired puffy eyes

Using the peel of a banana run a spoon from top to bottom of husk until spoon is full of internal fibers. Mix the fibers with enough aloe vera gel to make a paste. Apply around the eyes, lay back with your feet raised for 10-15minutes until the paste has set. Rinse with cold water or wipe off with a chilled facewasher. You will be amazed at the reduction of puffy eyes and loose skin.

Lemon Body Polish

Perfect to brighten dull, Winter skin as we move into spring and summer. Mix ½ cup sea salt with 3 tbsp of coconut oil and 1 tsp finely grated lemon rind. A very uplifting & energising combination that will leave your skin glowing.

Oatmeal & Honey Face pack

A must for dehydrated or problem skin - honey is very hydrating & is also antibacterial to help combat blemishes. Oats are a mild exfoliant and gentle enough for sensitive skin. Mix 1tblspn Oatmeal with 1/4 tblspn honey & gently apply to clean skin in circular motions. Allow to set for 5 minutes, rinse with warm water & enjoy the lustrous glow.

Apple cider vinegar dandruff rinse

Pour it straight on after you've conditioned your hair & comb through. It leaves the hair soft & shiny as well as treating dandruff & a dry itchy scalp.

Bicarb soda for everything!

Mix a small amount with water and a drop of peppermint oil for a chemical free toothpaste. Mix a small amount in your cleanser as a mild exfoliant. Rub into armpits as a natural deoderant. Bath Bomb - add 2 tablespoons to a bath with a few drops of lavender oil to leave skin feeling soft & squeaky clean.
